December is traditionally the busiest winter month. The pleasant smell of tangerines, beautifully falling snow, and the expectation of New Year's miracles go side by side with the end of yearly projects, the elaboration of tasks and the formation of new promising strategic plans for the upcoming year.A festive atmosphere is already reigning in the central office of RACUS group of Russian state universities in St. Petersburg: Christmas trees and rooms are decorated with love, thousands of colorful lights are scattered along the stairs and windows to delight us and our guests, helping to tune in to the magic of December and inspire new plans.But we also have another unbroken December tradition that is not connected to the New Year. Every December we organize trainings and webinars to improve the skills of our employees from 75 countries around the world. So December is also a month of growth, meetings and new knowledge for us. The mission of our organization is to popularize Russian higher education, therefore, we consider it the duty of each of us to improve our own level of qualification and constantly work towards personal growth. We want to become better for students, their parents and all our partners, friends, and colleagues; we study their cultures and peculiarities of their mentality; we want to know what is important and valuable for you in life; we reveal more and more secrets of easy adaptation in Russia for a representative of each country and culture.Today we have completed a series of webinars with Michael Bang and his beautiful companion Asya. We listened to two modules: "Power of Communication: How to Reach New Levels of Success" and "2023 Success Strategy: How to Make 2023 a Great Year".
