Group of Russian state universities RACUS presented Russian higher education at an international education exhibition in Algiers (Algeria)

From June 24 to June 25, 2023, the group of Russian state universities RACUS present Russian higher education in the TOP-20 state universities of Russia on the largest education exhibition in Algeria (city of Algiers). The exhibition which took place at Algiers 2 University (Bouzareah) attracted great public attention. From the early morning, coloured school buses from all over the country were coming to the exhibition venue, carrying future students with shining eyes. There also were many representatives of local media who wanted to interview the representative of the most popular stands. Let us tell you how it went!

RACUS representatives paid attention to every visitor who wanted to learn more about the education in TOP-20 Russian state universities. "How to enter the chosen university?", "Which program should I choose?", "Can I study in French?", "My friends from Algeria study in Saint Petersburg/Tambov/Saratov/Astrakhan, is it possible to enter the same university?", "Where can I work after graduation?", "How much does the education cost?"; these were the most popular questions from Algerian candidates. Many students were also interested in how to submit an application and enter the chosen university, the conditions of living in student hostels and the availability of intenships in order to get experience before graduation. Such personal meetings permit to establish a direct contact with candidates and their parents and to give them detailed answers to all their questions about studying in Russia.
