North Caucasus Federal University, the largest university in the region, which forms a part of the Group of Russian state universities RACUS, celebrated its traditional holiday: Africa Day. The festival was organized by the Department of Foreign Students together with the Association of Foreign Students in Stavropol.

Sergey Kozub, head of the Department of Foreign Students, expressed his support to the participants: "For every nation, freedom and independence are very important things that need to be fought for, including with their knowledge, skills, intelligence, moral and civic stance, so that there is true freedom and an opportunity to go forward.
