On June 30, 2026, a graduation ceremony for international graduates of Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy was held in Perm, attended by Director General of RACUS GROUP A. Nutsalov.
The event gathered 130 guests: the Academy and faculty administration, professors, partners, and, of course, the graduates themselves with their families and friends. The solemnity of the occasion was enhanced by the celebration arrangements: with organizational and financial support from RACUS GROUP, a large festive evening was organized for the graduates and their loved ones, serving as a worthy conclusion to their long journey towards the diploma.
The graduates were congratulated by the Rector of the Academy, V. Luzhanin, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Perm Krai, N. Zvereva, as well as the Commissioner for Human Rights in Perm Krai, I. Sapko.
Director of the Perm Regional Center for International Students, O. Goncharova, congratulated the graduates on their significant achievement and awarded Center medals for academic and extracurricular achievements. A particularly solemn moment of the ceremony was the recognition of 11 students with souvenirs for their accomplishments in academics, sports, and social life during their time at the Academy.
In his welcoming address, RACUS GROUP Director General A. Nutsalov said: "Today, you have completed an important stage and become certified pharmaceutical specialists. Behind are the years of hard work, and ahead—pharmacies, laboratories, and pharmaceutical companies around the world waiting for you. We are proud of each of you and are confident that you will worthily represent Russian education in your home countries."
A response on behalf of the 2026 graduates was delivered by H. Zrourou from Morocco, who thanked the Academy administration, RACUS, and the faculty for years of support. The ceremony concluded with the performance of the Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy anthem, sung together by everyone present in the hall.
The graduation ceremony became a symbolic conclusion to the student years and the beginning of a new professional chapter for the graduates, who are set to build careers in the pharmaceutical industry in different countries around the world.
