At the invitation of the Rector of Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin, P. Moiseev, the General Director of the RACUS GROUP organization, A. Nutsalov, participated in a business lunch and dinner with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Algerian People's Democratic Republic to the Russian Federation Toufik Djouama and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire to the Russian Federation Leon Konan Koffi.
The visit of the heads of diplomatic missions coincided with the University's 2026 graduation ceremony.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the education of international students, arranging their accommodation, and the overall learning environment at the University. The ambassadors highly praised the quality of specialist training and the level of social and household infrastructure, as well as the study and living conditions of students from Algeria and Côte d'Ivoire.
As part of the ceremony, the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary were given the honorary mission to present diplomas to graduates—citizens of Algeria and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire who successfully completed their studies at Tambov State University.
