In 2018, two universities of 20 of the RACUS group, not only took their places in the rankings, but also improved their positions from last year: Peter the Great Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University advances for 62 positions in the world ranking, and Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod improved its position in the subject rating in physics by 26 points.
