The University is located in the ancient Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod (founded in 1221). Currently, more than 2 million people live in the city. Nizhny Novgorod is a large and beautiful green city with a well-developed infrastructure and a rich cultural life.

Student life
Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering has various sports grounds including sports halls and gyms, a ski base, a swimming pool, an open gymnasium and its own stadium. University football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, powerlifting, boxing, badminton, fitness teams are always happy to join their ranks with new active foreign students.
