On October 14, 2025, the presentation of the ninth edition of the global “Three University Missions” ranking, which included universities from 112 countries of the world, was held.
We are particularly proud of the fact that Russian state universities, belonging to the RACUS group, have traditionally been included in the ranking. Their international recognition confirms the high level of educational programs, active development of scientific research, and stable positions in the global academic community.
The “Three Missions of the University—2025” ranking has included the following universities of the RACUS group:
1. Astrakhan State Medical University
2. Saratov State Medical University
3. Tambov State University
4. Peter the Great Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University
5. North-Caucasus Federal University
6. Platov South-Russian State Polytechnic University
7. Privolzhsky Research Medical University
Moscow international ranking of universities “Three Missions of the University” is one of the most prestigious and authoritative rankings, which has a high degree of trust from the professional community. It differs by its innovative form of assessment of the quality of higher education, comprehensively reflecting the role of universities in a modern world. It takes into account three fundamental areas of their activities: educational, research and social.
The evaluation is based exclusively on credible and verified data, including official reports of universities and information from leading international analytical agencies. Due to the exclusion of reputation polls, ranking is characterized by maximum objectivity and transparency.
For the RACUS group of Russian state universities such recognition is another confirmation of the high international status and sustainable quality of higher education in Russia and universities belonging to the group, which is evaluated by hundreds of thousands of foreign applicants all over the world.
