From April 10 to 13, 2025, at the invitation of the RACUS group of Russian state universities, the rector of the Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy, V. Luzhanin, took part in the Forum International de l'Étudiant international educational exhibition in Casablanca (Morocco) and held a series of official negotiations with the leadership of the country's leading education institutions.
At the exhibition, Russian higher education was presented by the RACUS organization’s Study in Russia—2025 stand. The rector of the academy personally gave consultations to the applicants and their parents, presenting the academy's educational programs, including pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, and postgraduate education programs. Applicants received explicit information on the rules of admission, accommodation options, and prospects for further employment.
“The Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy rightfully occupies a strong position on the international arena. We are open to partnership with Moroccan universities and are proud of the trust of prospective students,” said V. Luzhanin.
During his visit to Morocco, on April 10, the Rector met with the leadership of Hassan II University in Casablanca. In negotiations with the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Professor Mustapha Lkhider, and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, Professor Aisha El-Hammani, preliminary agreements were reached on the launch of a dual degree program, partnership in the training of postgraduate specialists, faculty exchange, and research cooperation.
Additionally, working meetings were held with representatives of five universities and specialized schools, including the Université Euromed de Fès, the Université Mohammed VI des Sciences et de la Santé, the Université Mundiapolis Casablanca, and others. The main topics were the development of joint scientific initiatives and the organization of internships and distance learning courses.
The Academy is ready to continue providing high-quality professional training for specialists from Morocco and expand international partnerships with educational institutions in North Africa.
