From February 15 to 19, 2026, an international educational conference took place in Colombo, Sri Lanka, alongside numerous meetings dedicated to the development of international cooperation in higher education.

During the visit, A. Nutsalov, Director General of RACUS GROUP, and manager L. Shengeliia held a series of meetings to discuss opportunities for collaboration, exchange experience, and promote Russian educational programs across the Asian region.

While in Colombo, Director General A. Nutsalov had meetings with:
- the leadership of the Sri Lanka Medical Council to discuss the inclusion of Russian universities within the RACUS group in the registry of foreign medical institutions recognized in Sri Lanka, including requirements, criteria, and the list of necessary documents;
- graduates of RACUS group universities, who are successfully employed and have achieved career milestones in Sri Lanka, expressing their gratitude to Russia for its significant contribution to their personal development;
- exhibition companies in Sri Lanka to discuss participation in 2026.

During the conference, RACUS GROUP representatives actively engaged with colleagues from various countries, exchanged professional experience, and discussed current trends and prospects for the development of international education in South Asia.

Participation in the conference marked an important step in strengthening the position of RACUS GROUP, which is currently actively expanding its presence in the Asian region.
