Today, on February 21, 2023, General Director of the group of Russian state universities RACUS Avbakar Nutsalov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Morocco in Russian Federation, Mr. Lotfi Bouchaara.
The parties discussed the general and urgent questions of mutual interest. The meeting was held in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
