
On 10 April 2025, an official meeting took place at Hassan II University in Casablanca, Morocco, between the Rector of Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy, V. Luzhanin, and the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of Hassan II University, Professor Mustapha Lkhider, as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, Professor Aisha El-Hammani. The meeting was organized by the RACUS organization, which was represented by the Director General, A. Nutsalov, and the Assistant to the Director General, M. Kuznetsova.

The parties discussed the launch of academic mobility programs, the development of joint educational initiatives, including the implementation of dual degree programs, as well as cooperation on the Clinical Residency program (professional retraining program) in Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics.

The participants of the meeting noted the high potential of bilateral partnership and expressed mutual interest in developing cooperation in priority areas such as pharmacy and pharmaceutical technologies. Specific steps were outlined to implement joint initiatives, including the development of mechanisms for faculty exchange and the alignment of joint training programs.
Particular interest was expressed in the possibility of scientific collaboration within the framework of doctoral projects, specifically in the field of research on medicinal plants and bioactive compounds derived from the flora of the African continent. Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy expressed its readiness to participate in joint scientific developments, drawing on the academy's unique experience and laboratory facilities.
The parties agreed to continue consultations on preparing a cooperation agreement and developing a sustainable scientific and educational partnership.
