From May 16 to May 19, 2023, group of Russian state universities RACUS presented Russian higher education in three cities of the Kingdom of Morocco: Essaouira, Laayoune and Dakhla. The growing interest and popularity of the Study in Russia brand among the younger generation of Moroccans was once again confirmed by the high attendance of the education exhibitions marathon dedicated to higher education in Russia. The TOP 20 prestigious universities, a choice of 1,200 programs in high demand, relevance of educational programs, affordable tuition fees, demand for graduates of Russian universities from employers around the world – that is what makes Russia one of the most attractive countries to receive higher education for foreign students.

Moroccan students and their parents personally met representatives of RACUS group Russian state universities at the exhibitions and received their consultations. The visitors of the exhibition watched videos about Russian universities in French and Arabic and received information brochures with answers to the most popular questions: "How to enroll in a Russian university?", "Do I need a visa to come to Russia?", "How do foreign students adapt to the new culture?", "How to choose the right university and specialty?", "What are the requirements of migration legislation?" and many other questions.

The opportunity to get higher education in Russia in one of the three languages (French, Russian or English) proved to be a decisive factor for many when choosing the country of study. The price-quality ratio is also worth mentioning. Russian education is much more affordable than education in European and American universities thanks to the subsidies from the Government of the Russian Federation. In addition, Russian universities offer scholarships and grants that partially cover the cost of education. Modern Moroccans see studying in Russia as an investment in the successful future of their children, so the demand for it is only growing every year. Moroccan youth aspiring to receive knowledge that chooses Russia as a country for higher education will in the future take leading positions in governmental, cultural and economic sectors of their country due to high qualifications and a multifaceted view of the world.

The following Russian universities that are recognized and popular in the Kingdom of Morocco were the most interesting for students and parents at the exhibitions: Saint Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical University, Astrakhan State Medical University, Tambov State University, Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy, Saratov State Medical University, Saint Petersburg State University of Veterinary Medicine, South Russian State Polytechnic University. The biomedical and engineering programs in French and English medium of instruction were especially popular among the visitors of the exhibitions.
