It was a truly magnificent event: the hot summer of Tambov, colorful flags of 28 countries drowning in the sun, elegant students and their parents, plenty of songs and national dances!

Pavel Pugachev, Deputy Minister of Health of the Astrakhan Region, as well as the representatives of the Governor of the Region, Smail Benamara, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Algeria to Russia and Ahmed Hussein Khalil, Adviser to the Embassy of Iraq in Russia, delivered a solemn speech for students.

The alma mater also congratulated the students: Pavel Moiseev, Rector of Tambov State University vice-rectors and teachers of the university delivered parting speeches. Avbakar Nutsalov, General Director of the group of Russian state universities RACUS, addressed the students sharing his warm gratitude and heartfelt wishes, "Tomorrow you will turn over an important page of your book of life and start a new, most interesting chapter of your life. Parents from many countries of the world (India, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Kenya, Angola, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria) came to congratulate their children at the graduation party. The General Director of the RACUS organization greeted the parents and held a conversation with them in a warm, friendly and festive atmosphere. The parents of the students cordially thanked the organization RACUS and its staff for organizing the education of their children at Tambov State University, professional support and assistance during 6-7 years of their studies at the University.
