On July 4, 2025, the Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy (PSPA) held a long-awaited graduation ceremony for international graduates, marking the academy’s 30th milestone celebration. The event, arranged by the RACUS group of Russian state universities as a gift to graduates, took place in a cozy space with an original interior, IlTYUZion, created on the basis of the Perm Youth Theater.
On this special day, the graduates were congratulated by the rector of the academy, Vladimir Luzhanin, the Minister of Education of Perm Krai, Raisa Kassina, and the Human Rights Ombudsman of Perm Krai, Igor Sapko, the Dean for International Students, Eugene Kudryashov, who emphasized the importance of the young pharmacists’ contribution to the development of global pharmaceutics and the strengthening of international relations.
On behalf of the RACUS group of Russian state universities, the graduates were warmly congratulated by the manager of the Department of North Africa, Svetlana Marukhina, who wished them success, professional growth and the continued strong friendships that had developed over the years of study.
The celebration was held in a truly warm and friendly atmosphere: young pharmacists shared memories, sang songs accompanied by the guitar, and rejoiced that they had become not only qualified specialists, but also a big family. In turn, the graduates cordially thanked the RACUS organization for the graduation ceremony, which was held in a new format for the first time, making the memories of this day linger for a long time.
The graduation at PSPA became a bright finale to a long journey, opening the doors to new opportunities and great achievements. The RACUS organization sincerely congratulates all graduates on the successful completion of their studies and the beginning of a new, bright professional chapter.
