On July 4, 2025, Astrakhan State Medical University held a grand graduation ceremony attended by A. Nutsalov, Director General of the RACUS organization.

This year, the university graduated 323 specialists in General Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy. The graduates studied in Russian, English, and French, as it is the only university in Russia offering these three most in demand medical specialties in all three foreign languages. The event was a significant milestone for the academic community, the graduates, their families, and the city of Astrakhan.

The ceremony’s grandeur was emphasized by its venue, the Astrakhan State Opera and Ballet Theatre, one of the most impressive architectural masterpieces in southern Russia. The theatre was rented by RACUS specifically for the graduation of international students from 27 countries.

The graduates were congratulated by the university rector, vice-rectors, and deans. In his welcoming speech, A. Nutsalov, Director General of RACUS, praised the graduates' high professional training and expressed gratitude to the university’s administration and faculty. He emphasized: "Today, a new chapter begins for you, graduates—a path of professional and personal growth, a path of serving people, and a journey of continuous improvement. You have successfully overcome years of hard work, mastered fundamental disciplines, completed rigorous practical training, and gained invaluable experience that will serve as a solid foundation for your future careers."

Graduation marks not just the end of an important stage but the beginning of new opportunities: the graduates are now ready to apply their knowledge and skills in clinics and research centers worldwide, opening doors to vast professional horizons.
