Currently, around 5,000 Algerian citizens are studying at Russian state universities. This high level of interest is explained by the affordable cost of education, the availability of programs in Russian, English, and French, the global recognition of diplomas, and a wide selection of sought-after fields including medicine, engineering, and economics. The RACUS group of Russian state universities has traditionally been perceived as a reliable academic partner, offering Algerian youth modern, practice-oriented education since 1995, which provides graduates with competitive advantages in the international labor market.
