Contact our central office in Saint Petersburg directly by filling in the application form on our website or one of our representatives in your country (we have representative offices in 77 countries).
- If there is no representative in your country, we will fully assist you to apply by yourself and arrive to study in Russia.
- If there is a representative in your country, then the whole communication process will be done through the representative from the application to your arrival in Russia. They will answer all your questions, help you fill in the documents, get a visa and arrive in Russia.

Let us know which study program and language of instruction you are interested in.
NB! Some universities require a certain passing score, so to avoid wasting your time, it is better to send us your documents for verification straight away:

- High School Certificate/Diploma of higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) with academic transcript.
NB! If you have not received your passport or education documents yet, no need to worry! Send us the documents you already have so that we can start the application process.

Fill in the application forms and get the Admission letter
Please note that BEFORE your arrival in Russia, you might need to legalize your educational documents in your country with consular legalization/apostille. If this procedure is not followed, the university may not accept your education documents.
- We will send you the documents to fill in and sign. It’s important to write all the information in the documents correctly and to follow the instructions sent by your manager.
- The sooner we receive the completed documents from you, the sooner we can issue your Admission letter and invoice for tuition, accommodation, and insurance fees.
- All the fees are to be paid within the period of time indicated in the Admission letter. According to Russian laws, the invitation letter cannot be issued without the payment.
- After receiving the funds, we will send all your documents to the University’s passport and visa service to process an invitation letter.
Obtain an invitation letter to Russia
- The invitation letter is issued by the migration service in the region where the university is located. The standard term of issuing the document is 35–45 days.
- When the invitation letter is ready and the payment is received, we send the document to you or to your representative (if you applied via them).
- Having received an invitation letter, you can immediately apply for a study visa at the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy in your country.
