Graduation ceremony of Tambov State University: 427 foreign students from 28 countries received their higher education diplomas On July 07, 2023, the solemn graduation took place at Tambov State University with a festive ceremony of awarding diplomas of higher education. 427 students from 28 countries received prestigious diplomas. It was a truly magnificent event: the hot summer of Tambov, colorful flags of 28 countries drowning in the sun, elegant students and their parents, plenty of songs and national dances! Pavel Pugachev, Deputy Minister of Health of the Astrakhan Region, as well as the representatives of the Governor of the Region, Smail Benamara, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Algeria to Russia and Ahmed Hussein Khalil, Adviser to the Embassy of Iraq in Russia, delivered a solemn speech for students. The alma mater also congratulated the students: Pavel Moiseev, Rector of Tambov State University; vice-rectors and teachers of the university delivered parting speeches.
